At Vulcan, our job is to provide clients with the finest design and craftsmanship possible, and that all begins with a commitment and caring attitude toward our work & your dreams. Since inception, 2008, we have pressed the importance of quality, detail, and customer relations. You're not just another client, we want you to become our long lasting friends - that is what sets us apart from other firms and designers.
Step 1:
Cosultation meeting to discuss your project requirements, wish list and purposes. Then we can prepare a proper fee proposal for the design activities for your consideration.
Step 2:
Deisgn process is the enjoyable part of planning your dream project. When designs are completed, we send them to you in PDF format to review and comment. We'll go back and forth with various revisions, as required, until you're set and settled on the final concept.
Step 3:
Once design concepts are approved by you, those drawings are then turned into structural drawings for building permit approval & construction use.
During this step, other consultants do come onboard as required for the project. We have all the consultants under our umbrella for your convenience.
